Our home market. Uptown, Dilworth, Myers Park, Plaza Midwood, Ballantyne and everything between.
A short run east. Plenty of older brick fireplaces out this way that have not been swept in years.
Larger lots, older stacks, and a lot of chimneys that only get used a few weeks a year.
North on 77. Newer builds mostly, where the cap and crown matter more than heavy creosote.
Lake Norman side. Damp air off the water is hard on crowns and flashing.
Our northern edge. Older homes near the college, often with original liners.
South of the city. Quick run for us, same flat pricing.
Union County. A lot of fireplaces here get real use through the winter.
North-east, out past the speedway. Mixed older and newer stock.
Between Charlotte and Concord. Newer subdivisions, mostly prefab fireboxes.
Our south-eastern limit. Older rural chimneys that often need the crown looked at.
South, toward the state line. Larger homes, often two flues.
West on 85. Older housing stock and plenty of masonry chimneys.
Between Gastonia and the river. Historic homes with original stacks.
Our northern limit, up past Davidson.
North-east, near Concord. Same service, same pricing.
