Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Mister Brush Air Cleaning (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit one of our forms or call us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, service address, and the service you’re interested in.
How we use it
We use your information only to contact you about your inspection and the services you requested, and to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Who else sees your information
The cleaning work itself is carried out by independent contractors rather than our own employees — the arrangement is set out in our Terms of Use & Disclaimer. To book and complete your job we give the contractor what they need to arrive and do the work: your name, phone number and service address. They use those details for your job and nothing else.
Apart from that, we do not share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you give us for as long as they may still serve you — to follow up on an enquiry, to answer a question about work we have done, and to let you know when a service is due again. Most of what we do is an annual job, so last season’s record is often the reason we can help you quickly this one.
Want us to delete them? Call (470) 486-7009 and ask, and we will take your details out of our records.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure and improve our advertising. These services may use cookies to understand how visitors interact with this site.
When you submit a form on this site, we send Google a scrambled (hashed) version of the phone number you provided, so Google can tell us which of our ads led to your enquiry. Google does not receive your phone number itself, and we do not use this to contact you or to advertise to you personally. If you would rather we did not do this, call us and we will take your details out.
We also partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve our site and services. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. What you type into our forms is masked and not recorded. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Facebook and Instagram. When we run ads on Meta’s platforms we use the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code on this site that tells us which ad a visitor arrived from and whether they went on to contact us. It does not tell Meta your name, and we do not use it to advertise to you personally. You can control what Meta does with this in your own account, under Ad preferences.
