Traffic lanes and pet accidents do not vacuum out — free inspection, no obligation ›
Carpet Cleaning

Carpet Cleaning in Atlanta — Deep Clean, Priced Straight.

Vacuuming lifts the loose grit. What stays behind is the oily film that foot traffic grinds into the pile — and that is what makes a carpet look tired. We pre-treat it, then flush it out with hot water extraction.

What a Cleaning Includes

A Deep Clean, Not a Surface Pass

Five steps, every room, every time — and a written price you agree to before any of it starts.

  • Thorough pre-vacuumDry soil comes out first. Wet it before you lift it and you turn loose grit into mud, which is why this step is the one cheap jobs skip.
  • Pre-spray and dwell timeTraffic lanes carry an oily film that plain water slides straight over. We spray the solution and give it time to break that film down before anything is rinsed.
  • Hot water extractionHot solution goes into the pile under pressure and comes straight back out with the soil in it. This is the method carpet manufacturers themselves specify.
  • Edges, corners and stairsA hand tool for the places the wand physically cannot reach — along the skirting, into corners, and down the front of each stair tread.
  • A dry pass and a groomed pileWe pull a final pass with no solution to take the moisture back out, then rake the pile so it dries evenly and standing up. The carpet is left damp, not wet.
Honest Pricing

Why we look before we price

A “room” is not a fixed thing. Plenty of companies advertise a room price and then cap it at 250 square feet — so the living room you were thinking of costs extra once the technician measures it at your door.

We would rather measure first and hand you a flat written price that does not move. If the job is bigger than it looked on the phone, you hear it before we start, not after.

Questions & Answers

Carpet Cleaning FAQ

The things people ask us most before booking.

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Atlanta?

It depends on how many rooms, how big they actually are and what the carpet has been through. Rather than quote a number that changes when we arrive, we measure at your door and hand you a flat written price before anything starts. The inspection is free and there is no trip fee. Ask us about our 3-room special when you call.

What cleaning method do you use?

Hot water extraction, which is what most carpet manufacturers specify in their own care guidance. We pre-vacuum, apply a pre-spray and let it work, then flush the pile with hot solution and pull it straight back out with the soil in it.

How wet is the carpet afterwards, and when can I walk on it?

We finish with a dry pass that takes the moisture back out, so the carpet is left damp rather than wet, and we rake the pile so it dries standing up. Drying time depends on the room, the airflow and the weather, so the crew will tell you what to expect in your home rather than quote you a number over the phone.

Do you move the furniture?

Light pieces are usually moved and put back. Anything heavy, fragile or electronic we clean around rather than risk it. If there is something specific you want shifted, say so when you book and we will confirm it before the day.

Can you get pet stains and smells out?

Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly which it is. A pet accident often soaks through the carpet backing into the pad underneath, and no surface clean will fix a smell coming from the pad. We look at the affected area during the free inspection and tell you whether cleaning will solve it before you spend anything.

Do you clean carpet near me?

We cover all of metro Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs, from Woodstock and Kennesaw in the north to Fayetteville, McDonough and Covington in the south. Put your address in the form and we will confirm availability when we call.
